COSMOSHINE BIO™ is a Bi-axis Optical BioPET film, made of resin from a part of biomass source and has the same physical properties (tensile, hardness, Total light transmittance, etc.) as Petroleum based PET filmBIO™ is made out of over 25% of biomass raw materials but it has also inherits the superior optical propertoes from TOYOBO's optical PET Series 

With TYB's coating technology, it can be adapted to various industrial film processing applications.

Not only it possessed an Excellent mechanical/ optical properties; Bio™ is a great option for manufacture with requirement over sustinable (low carbon) PET Facestock 
Bio™ has been widely used in optical protective films, touch panel module, etc and has been widerly accept by those whom wish to apply for EPEAT / UL ECOLOGY® over their product.

 When biomass plastic is burned it releases COz. However, since part of BioPET uses biomass raw materials (Bio-MEG); through the absorption of CO2 and photosynthesis during plant growth, the impact of carbon emissions produced by burning biomass plastics is relatively small compared to raw materials derived from petroleum. (ISO14044)
